  • Assists in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials

  • Tracks of guest RSVP’s

  • Recommends wedding favors and accessories

  • Coordinates accommodations, transportation, and child care

  • Attends vendor meetings

  • Confirms all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

  • Facilitates the ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day

  • Provides unlimited time on-site with your coordinator and up to two assistants, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details

  • Coordinates and assists with the setup of the ceremony and reception

  • Sets up wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

  • Sets up wedding decor such as wedding arch, photo op, chair covers, centerpieces, sweetheart table, etc.

  • Coordinates pinning of boutonnières and ensures VIP’s receive flowers

  • Acts as the point of contact for all vendors

  • Assists the family, wedding party and guests as needed

  • Directs the ceremony processional

  • Distributes final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Provides a wedding day emergency kit

  • Deals with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Coordinates load-out
